Connective Tissue Therapy (CTT) can benefit many postural conditions including chronic hypertension, plantar fasciitis, repetitive motion training injuries, tendonitis, whiplash, knee pain and pelvic floor dysfunction. CTT, in its various forms, is beneficial for athletes of all levels.

We offer our Introductory Packages as a way for clients who are new to this type of treatment to experience the work.

Group classes are generally on a drop-in basis but we appreciate calling ahead of time as we have a maximum number of participants we can accommodate per class. Group classes are designed to accommodate multiple levels unless otherwise indicated. No equipment is used during group classes although occasionally small props like hands weights, bands and mats may be utilized. Excludes Group Equipment Classes—GYROTONIC Tower and Pilates Equipment–Fitness Bootcamps, and Specialized Workshops.

In Gyrotonic and Pilates equipment classes students will be guided through movements using equipment in an intimate group setting.  This class is great for those looking to enhance their continued training at our studio. This class is recommended for students who have taken at least several private, duo, trio, sessions and are familiar with either the Pilates or Gyrotonic systems. If you have never taken Pilates or Gyrotonic or have any physical limitations or injuries, please contact the studio. Class participation is limited to 3 people and pre-registration/pre-payment is required

Trio sessions are for three students with one instructor. Pricing listed is per person. Clients may bring their own partners or ask the studio for assistance in being paired up.  All clients must be at a similar level of experience.

Semi-private sessions are for two students with one certified instructor.  Pricing listed is per person.  This cost-effective option allows clients to achieve great results with a friend or family member or they can request the studio’s assistance in matching someone with similar level of experience.

Private sessions are one-on-one with a certified instructor.  These sessions are highly effective and are strongly recommended as an initial step for anyone wishing move into semi-private, trio, or group classes.  Private sessions are also most appropriate for clients with special physical needs or limitations.
