In this 4-week course, develop familiarity with the language, principles and movement of the Gyrotonic Expansion System . Movements will be executed primarily on the GYROTONIC® tower, which is the most popular, versatile and accessible piece of equipment. Your mind and body will appreciate the fluid, undulating movements that help the joints, elongate musculature, release adhesions, and energize the nervous system with coordinated breathwork.
Limiting this series to 4 students will ensure you receive appropriate feedback and timely cues and corrections for an enjoyable and successful class experience. Completion of this Introductory Package allows students to then participate in other and upcoming Gyrotonic classes for which experience is required.
This series is open to those without prior Gyrotonic experience. However, if you have had recent surgery, experience restricted mobility or require special needs, please contact the studio to determine if this is appropriate for you.
Registration on first come, first served basis. No refunds, pro-rated pricing or make-ups for missed classes. Private session can be booked through the studio based on your availability anytime before, during or after the 4-week group class.
