This series will use a specialized soft body roller and small Melt hand and foot treatment balls to simulate the results of manual therapy or massage. You will become your own massage therapist! You’ll learn to eliminate stuck stress before it accumulates causing chronic aches, pains and unwanted signs of aging. Reduce inflammation, ease chronic neck and low back strain, improve alignment, enhance athletic performance (your Gyrotonic and Pilates sessions), and keep your whole body feeling great at any age. This method is based on the science of connective tissue or fascia, which is our body’s internal scaffolding to support and protect all of the other structures, as well as to streamline the connections to and from our nervous system. If the connective tissue gets dehydrated, these functions become impaired, resulting in the symptoms listed above.
The practice is designed to give you simple routines to do at home in just 10 minutes a day!
Props will be supplied during the classes and will also be available for purchase for home use.
