Laura has been living her dream of working with people of all ages in the Health and Fitness industry since 1989. Growing up, Laura was an avid runner, swimmer, and dancer. After college, she worked in the financial industry, but quickly turned her focus to the fitness industry. Her experience includes fitness consultations, teaching aerobics, health club management, and in-home personal training. Laura has been a Personal Trainer for more than 15 years, and takes the total fitness approach by combining aerobic activity, resistance training, and integrating mind-body systems, e.g. Pilates, GYROTONIC®®, and GYROKINESIS®®. She used Pilates and GYROTONIC®® as part of the rehabilitation process after her foot surgery and a few personal injuries. Laura believes in making exercise a priority in order to keep up with her two children and maintain an active lifestyle. Inspired by many great teachers from around the world, Laura hopes to share her passion and motivate people of all ages in creating a balanced fitness program.
