This course counts as an updateCourse Information: The hands and feet are the furthest parts from the brain and the first parts of the body to start to lose coordination and nerve strength. By working on these areas you are opening up all the channels to the center of the body, allowing more surrounding space for changes to happen through out the rest of the system. This course is highly beneficial for anyone who sits at the computer a lot or uses their hands for any kind of intricate work. It is also a great course for those working with arthritis and foot imbalances. You will be executing exercises on the tower as well as on the floor and stool. This course is appropriate for teachers who either have clients with issues in their feet and/or hands, or if they themselves have these issues. More specifically, we will brush up on basic anatomy when we do our self massage, addressing the layers of tissue and joint structures in order to better understand how the joints should slide and glide easily in the movements. Using various hand or foot positions, coupled with some basic foundation movements, we get to develop new neurological pathways and gain dexterous movements that help to correct issues.
