In the Trilogy course, GYROTONIC®® Certified trainers will learn about common patterns associated with main orthopedic diseases/injuries for all different subjects. The practical part of the course will build on a conceptual framework, with practical GYROTONIC®® and GYROKINESIS®® exercise applications skills.
This course will deepen your understanding and increase your level of abilities, applying the GYROTONIC®® movement system to your clients. You will receive a manual for the different programs and progressions, including pictures.
