In this course Gyrotonic Pre-Trainers review the course curriculum, verbal and tactile cues and other teaching tools that are utilized in the Gyrotonic Pre-Training Course.

GYROTONIC® Wingmaster Course

Dates: Friday-Sunday, October 16-18, 2026
Times: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (2-hour break in between)
Instructor: Mike Luque
Course Fee: $525 (payable directly to Mike)
Studio Fee: $200 (NON-REFUNDABLE deposit payable directly to Mike)
Maximum number of students: 15

Prerequisite: Licensed Gyrotonic Instructor

This course material increases the vocabulary of exercises that are possible using the GYROTONIC ^® Wingmaster and the Pulley Tower. Trainers learn new ways to connect the Wingmaster to the Tower then take those movements and add total body connectivity and strength. Pushing and pulling, upper body strengthening exercises are combined with lower body strength movement, like squats and lunges. The exercises in this course can be applied to clients of various ability levels, from seniors with strength and/or mobility limitations to athletes seeking to increase total body conditioning and coordination.

Training Policies

Pre-requisites

All Pre-requisites must be fulfilled prior to the training according to the educational guidelines of Gyrotonic Headquarters.

Registration

Unless otherwise specified, to register for trainings please contact the studio directly by phone: 847.866.9655 or email: info@cnskinetics.com. Registration is only approved after the deposit has been received.

Deposits

All trainings require a nonrefundable registration deposit. If travel expenses are necessary for the instructor, an additional travel fee might be added to deposit. Once we receive your registration and deposit, your spot in a training is secured. The remaining balance for all trainings is due on the first day of the course, payable to the course instructor.

Attendance/Make-Up Sessions

It is mandatory to attend the entire course to be considered for a certificate. All students are expected to be present at all times. Make-up sessions are only for emergency circumstances and are subject to additional fees. Make-up sessions are also subject to the schedule of the course instructor and may not be available during the course of the training. Therefore, all students are expected to adjust their personal schedules in order to meet the attendance requirement for each course.

Cancellation Policy

Once registered, please let CNSK know immediately if you are unable to attend. Studio fees are not refundable. Chicago Northshore Kinetics reserves the right to postpone or cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In this event, all paid course fees will be refunded.
